Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.
