We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Your home away from home is a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk to the Wellington CBD and the main sports and event stadiums. Parking is on the street.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

Tui House

A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
