We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

The house is in a central location for outdoor adventure lovers with plenty of hiking spots and mountain bike trails a short distance away. Charming , former workman's terraced cottage, on the fringe of the Brecon Becons (Bannau Brycheiniog, less than 10 minutes by car.) A quiet location at the edge the national park, with spectacular mountain walks virtually outside the front door, as well as amazing views of the Welsh mountains from every window. There is a quaint, private little court yard at the rear of the property to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet, or make use of the gas BBQ. Very near to Bike park Wales and Pen y Fan

There are many local walks around the area to suit everyone. The house has good travel connections with 3 train stations within 15 minutes from the house that go to Newport, Cardiff, and Barry. The Brecon beacons is easily accessible by car and makes for a great day out.
