Very nice single story house next to RedHawk Golf Resort in Sparks, NV. In Wingfield Springs. I have a relaxing pond and am walking distance to the golf courses. Yes, 2 championship level courses... The house is very nice as I have owned it, and live it since it was new. Wingfield Springs is about 30 minutes from Downtown Reno in east Sparks. It’s a very nice and comfortable suburban community. I LIVE HERE! I will be here if you decide to book my nice room/s.
