The space is an isolated 500 sqft section of our home with only one entrance located outside by the driveway. Perfect for privacy and allows for you to come and go as you please The bathroom is accessed only from the bedroom. Most accommodating for 2 adults and up to 2 small children. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
