Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. Tranquil in Alstonville (self-contained house)

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

This recently renovated 1 bedroom studio unit is right across the road from the beach in the beautiful beachside town of Evans Head. Set in the quiet area of Airforce Beach, you can wake to the sounds of the ocean, take a stroll across the road for a swim, or throw a line in for a fish. Sit outside in the afternoon and take in the sounds of the ocean whilst having a drink, the perfect way to end the day.
