Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Gorgeous, character-filled cottage with open fireplace. Stunning mountain views and gardens. Walk to Warburton Rail Trail, Yarra River, and Launching Place Hotel. Close to cafes, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, Mt Donna Buang, and all the Yarra Valley offers. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Be seduced by the secluded softness of a cool climate rainforest where privacy, peace and relaxation are the order of the day. Relax in sumptuous interiors by a wood fire or in the outdoor two person spa framed by forest views and fairy lights. Wine on arrival, fresh spring water, sourdough and free range eggs from our farm are provided to enhance your stay.

Located 15 minutes from Warburton, this little gem is the perfect spot for retreating to the peace of the bush, only a short drive from beautiful Yarra Valley wineries. Our guests love relaxing in the hammock on the deck, listening to the birdsong, and snuggling up around an open fire. We can’t wait to welcome you to our forest retreat!

Ancient Future style at Warby Sabi

This property is a mere 3 minutes up the hill from Warburton village but feels much more tucked away. There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.

Our house is newly constructed and is situated on 2 acres of slopping land. It boasts sweeping views of the Yarra Ranges from every room. Warburton's walking and bike trails, cafes, restaurants and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. The space is ideal for families or to just unwind for the weekend. Rafting, hiking, biking, a tour of the Yarra Valley wineries or drive to Mt. Donna Buang and the redwoods are just a few things you can do all year round.
