This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.

Available now, new upmarket luxury lakefront apartment, privately owned. Apartment is located on ground level, beautifully designed, built and appointed, with it's own onsite parking. Located on the lakefront with stunning lake and mountain views, just a short 700 meter stroll to downtown Wanaka's shops, restaurants, and bars. During the ski season months of July ,August and September, a drying room for ski gear will be available on request, when booking.
