Fully renovated in 2025, 3-bedroom home at Avoca Dell, perfect for families and groups. Sleeps 8 with a new kitchen and bathroom and spacious living areas. Enjoy Murray River views and use the home as a great base for water skiing and water sports. Plenty of parking, including boats and jet skis. Close to the Avoca Dell boat ramp, mini golf, bushwalking trails, snack bar and local amenities. For bookings longer than 2 weeks, there will be additional cleaning fees for fortnightly cleans.

It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

Mae’s Cottage

If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age
