There is a stock pond in front of the house which is open for your fishing pleasure (Blue Catfish and Crappie). There is a large porch up front, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset and spending time slowing the pace of life. Minutes from downtown and close to local attractions. Wifi (hot spot) and Roku provided.

The space has its own entrance and guests have the ability to come and go as needed without disturbing homeowners.

Close to Texas A&M College Station and just north of the Woodlands, but away from the hustle and bustle; is a completely brand new one bed cabin nestled on 40 acres. Luxury bedding and kitchen appliances. Sit on the front porch relaxing or start the fire pit and grill your favorite dishes on the charcoal grill gazing at the milky way. We can also organize birding tours for an additional fee. Note: Property is accessed via 7 miles of dirt road.
