No steps to get in this cute place. 2 miles to I-75, 1st GA exit, near Costco, 9 mi to Chattanooga, 1/2 mi to EMS, 2 mi to Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park, 3 mi to Chickamauga Battlefield. This is a former hardware store, concrete block walls and a metal roof, renovated. This is on the front, with a completely separate section next door. Guest access: All of it... 1 BR, 1 Full Bath (tub/shower), a half bath, kitchenette in the large great room, TVs in BR & LR, plenty of space to walk a dog.

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sipping your morning cup of coffee while watching the paragliders from your private porch isn't something you get to do everyday. The loft is in a rural quiet area but within 25 mins away from bustling Chattanooga as well as Cloudland Canyons and Lula Lakes.
