Eine besonderes Quartier für Selbstversorger in der Ferienregion Fichtelgebirge: im romatischen Zirkuswagen von 1926 mit Blick auf das Egertal. Ganz in der Natur, mit viel Holz, ein gemütliches Kuscheleck, ein idealer Rückzugsort für eine Person oder zu zweit. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Kochgelegenheit, Sitzplatz, ein Balkon, viel Platz draußen mit Frühstücksplatz,Lagerfeuer und Grillmöglichkeit. Die Dusche befindet sich in einem separaten Badewagen mit Waschbecken, Komposttoilette und Dusche.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, mit Blick auf die Basilika, eignet sich perfekt für Radfahrer und Wanderer. Im Garten und Balkon stehen Gartenmöbel, Sonnenstühle und Grill zu Verfügung. Relaxen Sie auch einfach in der Hängematte unter den Bäumen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz (öffentliche E-Auto Ladestation 150m entfernt). Vor Ort gibt es: Bäcker, Metzger, Obstgeschäft, Bioladen, Getränkemarkt und Weinhandlung. Supermärkte sind 1km entfernt. In der Stadt gibt es einige fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants.

Wir halten hier Gnadenbrotpferde in artgerechter Offenstallhaltung, Ponyreiten und Ausritte sind nach Absprache möglich. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder, einen Grillplatz, eine Lagerfeuerstelle. 2020 fertiggestellt und damit ist ein Traum von mir wahrgeworden. Der Trend mit weniger ist mehr habe ich persönlich erfahren - zunächst müssen und es als Chance gesehen. Es ist alles da, was du zum wohnen brauchst und ein liebevoller Garten. Das Wohlfühlen meiner Gäste steht für mich an erster Stelle. Meine Tester, ein Student und Reisefreundin waren alle rundum zufrieden. Wie auch bei "Auszeit für jedermann" da sein für ein Gespräch oder ein Wunsch, der offen geblieben ist :-) Melanie

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
