With a half mile of hiking trails, and over 600 feet of frontage on Octoraro Creek, there are numerous options for taking in the natural beauty: warm up by our two firepits, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the river, or fish for trout from the shoreline. A secluded retreat that feels remote, but moments from the civilization you came to escape.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

This historic building was used as a Wash House when the building next door functioned as a Tavern. A short 15 minute drive to Historic Strasburg, Sight and Sound Theater, Antique Shopping, and more! Hiking Trails close by include Enola Low Grade Rail Trail, Pinnacle Point, Muddy Run Park, and Sickman's Mill.

The apartment is a one bedroom in law suite located in the lower level of our home. It has a living room,kitchen,bedroom,and bathroom. Private entranceway is off the patio,and it is handicapped accessible.Self check in with a keypad. Centrally located in southern Lancaster County .Only 13 miles from historic Strasburg,18 miles from Lancaster,and close to many other tourist attractions.
