All floors and some cabinets were recently redone, new stove, new dining chairs -we supply a free bottle of wine to boot, and relax on the large comfy sofa!

Stone steps leading down to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley.
