Poljica is a small village located in the heart of Dalmatia, croatian coastal region. It is part of Vrsi county. Traditionally, its inhabitants are farmers organized in small family agricultural holdings. It is at short distance from the old town of Zadar and Nin. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) who want to experience a peacefull vacation in rural part od Dalmatia, with quick access to nearby most famous tourist atractions and natural, intact beaches.

Beautiful house with cozy and calm surroundings. The beach is 100 meters away. This apartmant is on the ground floor with a terrace and includes a parking lot. It is perfect for a 2 people stay, as it includes only one double bed. (It is possible to add one more bed for kids below the age of 8). All the markets, bars and restaraunts are in walking distance.

My place is apartment with 3★, it is close to the beach(around 100m), art and culture, great views and the city center(about 15 min by walk, you can take bus(really close to apartment) or little boat which is taking you at Poluotok(Old Town)). You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and the ambiance. The market is 10 m from apartment.
