Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ulika mobile homes consist of two mobile homes located in an olive grove near Krk town. The concept is made in the way that guests have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in two mobile homes. The kitchen and the living/dinning area are situated in the center, between the two mobile homes with an exit to the partially covered terrace and grill area with a view over the swimming pool and the front part of the property. Pool terrace offers a nice sea view.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.
