Το σπίτι είναι 60 τετραγωνικά μέτρα (m²) με ημιώροφο 20 m². έξω είναι η αυλή, όπου ένα όμορφο μονοπάτι θα σας οδηγήσει στον κήπο με τα βότανα και με θέα στο βουνό, όπου μπορείτε να περάσετε πολύ χρόνο μυρίζοντας διαφορετικά είδη βοτάνων. Η κεντρική λεμονιά του κήπου θα σας περιμένει να σας καλωσορίσει.
