The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Now, new in 2022! Boutique Villa Mihail is a Pool in Koukounara (Kissamos) near to all famous beaches in Chania Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna! It is a fully-renovated traditional stone house with wooden ceilings and large spaces, a large kitchen and a second garden kithenette, a private bedroom and a second one in a space that isolates, a bathroom and extra large living room, including all comforts. We have just added a brand new pool, exclusively for our guests only!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you.
