Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.
