Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.

Villa Lana is a modern villa with 4 bedrooms and a sauna, ideal for up to 8 guests. A comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen provide a perfect space for relaxation. Outside, there is a pool, dining area, billiards, foosball, and darts for entertainment for all ages. The villa is near Vodnjan, great for exploring Istria, enjoying nature, wine, and gastronomy. It offers four parking spaces, including one covered.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Bright and spacious studio in the heart of Rovinj's old town peninsula, a few dozen steps from the sea, all the sights and the best bars and restaurants. Tucked away behind a chapel/gallery, the studio is on the third floor (attic) of a newly refurbished building with three more rentals.
