The Laughing King Retreat is an adults only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Your private guest suite will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, private waterfront pool, private beach, hiking trails, miles of soft sugar sand sandbars to explore and enjoy. Welcome to the newly appointed Everett Estate: Where Modern Luxury Meets Historic Charm. Boasting picturesque mountain views, this 6,700 square ft home underwent a year-long renovation to modernize & revitalize both the home & the expansive grounds. With 10 all-suite rooms and 1 top-floor studio apartment, this boutique inn was expertly designed to host up to 30 overnight guests and weddings and events of up to 125 guests. Completely reconstructed & remodeled April 2019, the efficiency units are cozy but functional, offering modern style & amenities to keep guests comfortable for either a weekend visit or a long-term stay. Recently updated with a Comfortable full size bed! Guests will enjoy private keypad access to their room with a mid-size fridge & freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a flat screen SmartTV w/ Shentel cable access, wireless internet, and free access to Netflix for guests.

Located centrally at the crossroads of Rt664 & Rt 151. 30 mins from west I 64/I81, 25 mins east I64, and 15-20 mins east, north and south. Rt 29 depending on where you are coming from off of Rt29. The Garden Bedroom at Grandiflora Wine Garden

We welcome all guests who will treat our beloved property with care and respect. The Garden bedroom is on the second story of Grandiflora, our 2-bedroom inn and previous wine bar turning into an occasional event space. Your spacious room overlooks the patio and herb garden with a view of the sunset and the nearby shipyard. In your TV-free room you have your own bathroom (with a tub), as well as a desk for laptop and two comfortable chairs for lounging and enjoying a glass of wine!
