My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, complete with Jacuzzi tub, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. The elevator is just across from dedicated parking spot.

Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located 1 mile /20 min walk from the oceanfront. Close enough to the oceanfront to enjoy it but also tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.

This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes walk to the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the area. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house.
