Το ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα φιλοξενεί 8 άτομα. Διαθέτει μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο ύπνου-καθιστικού με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια για 2 άτομα ο καθένας.
