Old wooden beams running through the whole lower building connect the main dining area with an open plan mediterranean rustically designed kitchen, enabling cosy family or romantic moments. Before entering the stone stairway to upstairs sleeping quarters, main entry hallway leads to the wine cellar and game room. Behind the cellar there is a big conference room equipped with projectors etc, should there be a need for company meetings or team building sessions. This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
