Built in the 1980’s in typical Soviet style as residential working-class “sleeping neighbourhood” which has aged gracefully. Neighbourhood was backdrop for HBO mini- series Chernobyl This historic apartment is a time capsule into how Soviet people lived in the late 1980s and is targeted towards mature, experienced travellers.
