It is located a few steps from the beach, in the heart of the village, in Building A, the area closest to the sea and the main services offered by the residence, such as a bar, restaurant, mini market, and children's playground. The house is approximately 65 square meters inside and has a spacious veranda with a table, chairs, and cushions for outdoor dining, comfortable seating, and plants and flowers to ensure privacy.
