Questa simpatica casetta colorata (30mq circa) è immersa nell'autentico centro storico di Vico del Gargano, borgo tra i più belli d'Italia. Vivrete un'esperienza che vi catapulterà in un tempo quasi dimenticato, fatto di semplici cose e genuinità. "Da zia Giovanna" è un appartamento posto al pianoterra in un vicolo tranquillo e poco trafficato nel cuore di Manfredonia. C'è un comodo parcheggio a 20 metri ed è vicino a tutti i servizi bar e ristoranti e alla spiaggia, perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Con soffitti a volta e archi spessi, è fresco d'estate e ben riscaldato in inverno.
