FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Verdigre - Parkside Cottage

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

The Riverboat Lodge sits on a wooded acreage above the now defunct Riverboat Landing and down the road from a Game and Parks boat launch. The "Hall" has real hickory floors, a bar, fireplace, giant sectional w/ 65" TV, game table and jukebox. Professional kitchen w/ 36" dual fuel range, second oven and seating for 10. Wrap around deck. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 queen and 3 twin beds and three bathrooms. There is an attached garage perfect for staging hunting and fishing trips.

The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Our travels have allowed us to bring a little Balinese Asian flare to our Air BnB while still maintaining that country feel. Come be our guest! If you do bring a pet we ask that you keep your pet on leash at all times. We do have a livestock dog, and she is very protective of her sheep.

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.

Lakeview Guest Suite

Beautiful one bedroom Lakeview guest suite that sits on top of the bluffs. In the country just 10 minutes from town. Please note that the space is located on a county road one mile from the highway. If you are traveling on a motorcycle, please be aware you will be traveling down a stretch of gravel road to the guest suite!
