Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking.

The Cubby, self-contained studio annexe, Ventnor

The Cubby is a self contained studio room with a simple kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It is located a short walk from the centre of Ventnor with Ventnor beach and Steephill Cove both nearby. It has it's own private entrance with driveway parking directly outside allowing guests to come and go as they please. Other facilities include Wifi and an internet-only TV with Netflix and Prime. A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

Within easy walking distance into Shanklin village, old town and Chine, railway and bus links, beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all close by. Its the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away.
