A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Unikt arkitekt ritat hus i Stockholms Skärgård, beläget 35 minuter från Stockholm City. Man tar sig till huset med bil, buss eller båt. Möjlighet till båtplats kan ordnas. Boendet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter och är något för livsnjutaren. Huset är byggt 2015 men har endast använts i tre år och upplevs därför som helt nytt. 150 meter till närmsta badplats. Beautiful house with wonderful surroundings. Overlooking the ocean from the terrace and two of the bedrooms. The area is great for kids and adults. Within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, ferry to the city and archipelago and train to the city. Two minutes from the house you can swim from the jetty and 10 minutes there is a bath island that is perfect for smaller kids. BBQ at the house. If you want to experience the puls of Stockholm but live in a relaxing area this is the place!

You'll love my place because of the wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of Stockholm's water inlet and a hot tub where all boats can be watched. Also a large garden with large terraces. Newly renovated with open spaces to hang out in. In general light colours. Only 25 minutes away from down town Stockholm with bus connection .

Ozzy's hus i Kummelnäs

Vårt hus ligger i en lugn och naturskön miljö - nära sjö och hav. Ozzy som är en tjusig och vänlig katt bor i huset under din vistelse och att ge henne mat morgon och kväll ingår. Kummelnäs ligger nära skärgården men också Stockholms puls. Badsjöar, färjor till skärgården eller city ligger inom gångavstånd. Huset ligger 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city respektive 30 minuter med buss. Bussen går ca 200 meter från huset.
