A cheery 700 sq ft suburban daylight basement with street parking that’s optimized for 1-2 people offers a separate office with desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi. No cooking allowed though close to many great restaurants (or use food delivery). Micro, Keurig & hot water kettle provided. Air Fryer upon request. We live upstairs so you’ll hear quiet footsteps & voices. Day trips nearby abound- see our guides here. Due to allergies unable to accept pets. NO smoking or vaping on our property 🚭

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. It is close to resturants, brew pubs, and antique stores along with recreational opportunities and historical sites close by. Easy drive to Portland & the Portland airport.
