Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

Quiet place around the wood Busoler ideal for relax with a playground for kids. 350 meters away is City Mall Pula, near is karting and golf. Enjoy in 3000 years of history. Amphitheater and the old church St. Antony looking down to the sea to the attractive light cranes which are the modern miracle in the world. There is main square, Forum, Temple of Augustus and many attractive monuments to see.
