Casa indipendente immersa nel verde tra i vigneti della Tenuta Colle Manora. Su due piani al piano terra soggiorno con accesso al giardino, cucina con zona pranzo. Al primo piano un ampio bagno con 2 lavandini e grande doccia, una camera matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli trasformabili in matrimoniale. All'esterno un portico con tavolo, sedie e un giardino privato con una splendida vista sui vigneti. Jacuzzi esterna con zona relax attrezzata solo per gli ospiti (aperta 1 Aprile-30 Settembre)

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
