Al primo piano un ampio bagno con 2 lavandini e grande doccia, una camera matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli trasformabili in matrimoniale. All'esterno un portico con tavolo, sedie e un giardino privato con una splendida vista sui vigneti. Jacuzzi esterna con zona relax attrezzata solo per gli ospiti (aperta 1 Aprile-30 Settembre)

Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
