TV with some sky channels and a DVD player, USB charging point and a kettle. Towels and linen are provided. Fab views, great for walking or visiting local beauty spots. Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

This unique one bedroom apartment/cabin has a style of its own; situated on a rural Oxfordshire farm, this apartment overlooks the idyllic fields and animals surrounding the farm. A small walk to the main village offers a local shop, garage and pub basic amenities. This location and surrounding areas is ideal for a country retreat, walkers/hikers, horse riders or anyone wanting some time in the Oxfordshire countryside. There are a number of walking routes, with the ridgeway less than 2 miles.

Completely isolated bell tent set on its own in a large fenced off area of the field, All WC and kitchen facilities are private and only for you and your family. No sharing with others. Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Use of tennis court and amazing woodland walks over private farmland.
