Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Small house near the sea with spectacular view! Situated on Svinøya/Kuba with short distance to the city center. Two bedroom and new bathroom built in 2018. The oldest part of the house was renovated in 2004. All three bedrooms with new double beds. Beds for six persons, but the house fits better for 4-5 adults, since it’s a small house. Big private terrace with wonderful view. It is approx 5 minutes by car to the center of Svolvær. Walking distance is about 15-20 minutes.
