Charming 125 year old house with beautiful details, big windows and a stunning light. A private garden with terracce and BBQ for lovely summer evenings with good food and come wine. The location is exceptionel with only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and playground - and good shopping! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
