In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Beläget i pittoreska Älvkarleö, bara 17 km från Furuviksparken, erbjuder vi en avkopplande vistelse i en naturskön miljö med många möjligheter för fiske. Njut av den vackra trädgården och den fridfulla omgivningen, perfekt för promenader och avkoppling. En allmän badplats ligger precis intill hotellet, och det finns flera fina vandringsleder i det närliggande skogsområdet.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

Private Double Room with Shared Bathroom

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.

Large 3-bedroom apartment

This is a perfect choice for a family or when travelling with friends. The generous living room is open to the kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere . It also has a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area. Two bedrooms have single beds, with the third being a twin room. The bright, tiled bathroom features underfloor heating and a shower, adding an extra touch of comfort.

At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

If you have a car, you are in the City in 15 minutes. Den här loft-studion ligger i ett hotell som ser ut som en stor villa, i ett lugnt villaområde. Bussen som går precis utanför tar dig till pendeltåget på 5 minuter. Har du bil är du inne i City på 15 min. Samtidigt har du lugn och ro hos oss med nära till naturen och när våren/sommaren kommer har du tillgång till uteplats med grill och matplatser ute i trädgården.
