Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. The studio is part of a unique set of heritage houses on the edge of the green belt. A queen size bed with plush mattress and Sheridan bedding. Fibre Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV with Netflix Well stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. Coupon parking on the street, first two hours are free, also weekends.
