Fern Cottage is situated in a no through lane at the foot of the South Downs and within 20 minutes of the south coast. There is plenty to explore in the local area with Amberley Museum, Arundel Castle, local vineyards and many beautiful traditional villages all within easy reach. Goodwood is approx 20 minutes drive away . The local pub is less than a minutes walk away but there are many excellent restaurants and pubs in a short radius from the cottage. Ideally situated for cyclists and walkers.

The stable flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a light modern style yet retaining some of the natural brick features of its origins. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. It sits in a property of about 3 acres and guests are welcome to enjoy the paddocks, picturesque garden and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. Dogs love staying here. There is easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens and many local walks.

The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, Pulborough, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun and The Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, goats, cows and free range chickens. The cabin has: free wifi access, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.
