Part of a traditional stone barn conversion located in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, the Spinney offers space as well as the comfort of modern living. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, and everything you need for you and your furry friend, we are sure you will have a great time here! Peaceful setting, close to popular visitor attractions!

Garden Loft/Studio Sleeps 2

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

Runner Duck Cottage

A bright and airy cottage, comprising of two open plan rooms, a separate shower/WC. The kitchen area is equipped with hob, oven, fridge & microwave. In the downstairs lounge area there is a double pull out sofa bed, TV /DVD. Upstairs there is a king size bed & adjoining shower room/WC. Gas central heating. All bed linen, towels, and a welcome pack are provided. A charming little cottage for up to 4 people. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Immediate access to miles of footpaths & stunning views.

This self catering cottage is situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow near the Peak District National Park. The cottage is close to the village with 2 pubs and set in 50 acres of woodland teeming with birds and wildlife. Chander Hill Cottage is a stylish 3-bedroom barn conversion nestled above the village of Holymoorside, on the edge of the Peak District. This cosy cottage is a perfect base for exploring the countryside, with numerous walks from the door and two pubs just a mile away in the village. Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!

Bottom Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Peak District National Park. This cosy barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to a one bedroom, one bathroom detached annex, perfect for a weekend getaway. Situated in a delightful, quiet hillside village, the cottage is within walking distance to pubs, shops and beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail are just some of the attractions in the area. Sleeps 2+2.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
