„Cottage IKA“ ist ein älteres, gemütliches Einfamilienhaus in Holzbauweise mit kleinem Garten und befindet sich in ruhiger grüner Lage. In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. Die Therme Amade ist 2 km von uns entfernt und unsere Gäste erhalten dort 23% Ermässigung. Der Platz hier ist vorallem für ruhe- und naturliebende Menschen geeignet.
