The Big Oak

Spacious quiet warm Guest House with full kitchen and bathroom. Large second floor bedroom with lots of windows. The property is a short 5 min walk away from the Woodstock Playhouse and 15 min to the center of town. A car is not necessary. You can stay in and prepare a meal and watch a movie on the big screen tv or go out for dinner in a local restaurant and then catch go listen to live music in town. There are many nice restaurants, cute shops, wonderful hikes and a movie theater in town.

The Carriage House: Garden Apartment

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Romantic Guest Suite at The Wiltwyck

This romantic suite boasts a beautiful four-poster bed, a private sitting room with 11 ft ceilings, 10 ft. pocket doors, antique furniture, as well as a private, en-suite bath with subway tile shower and tub. The Wiltwyck is located across the street from the Senate House Park and the Senate Garage, a popular wedding destination. No car needed to explore NY's first capital, we are 1-3 blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping, antiquing, museums, and more.

Woodstock retreat with hot tub and deck with view

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

Located 20 minutes from Rhinebeck Village in Milan/Red Hook. Heated Pool currently open! The furnished lower level of this new, custom-built home offers stunning views. Kitchen with all cooking essentials to include spices, oils, and dry goods. The unit also has its own washer/dryer and has access to the detached guest quarters, which has a separate balcony, workout equipment, ping pong table, corn hole and two fire pits available to enjoy the outdoors with music!
