The apartment is accessed from the ground floor of the main entrance of the building (which has also another entrance from the garage area 2 floors below) and the windows are on the first and second floor. It is also possible to rent the main apartment without the studio as visible from my profile on my other page of the Plus listing. Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself. The main apartment has a spacious entrance, a sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a splendid Murano chandelier, a pretty terrace, where smoking is allowed, where to relax and 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds. The connecting studio can be prepared with twin beds or a double. It has it's independent entrance and a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, electric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV and hot and cold airconditioning and locks on the doors. They are all in different styles and colors, with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows and spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms have jetted tubs and cromo lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch TV while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers. You will find hairdryers in all the bedrooms and an iron with ironing board. The dining area has plenty of sitting place and a french window onto a charming terrace shaded and secluded by trees. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with french window onto a balcony where you'll find the washing/dryer machine and outside sink. Born as a family home it has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200).
