View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

Perfect for nature enthusiasts with walking paths and beaches close by. A short drive to Tawas offers unique shops, restaurants, lakefront parks, breweries and Tawas State Park.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Can sleep 2 to 4 guests with a comfortable full bed and pull out couch. Large 4k TV with netflix, Hulu, and 100mb/s WiFi.
