Orchard cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience ute’s, tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience.

We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Welcome to Villa Desa, your recently renovated cosy & warm weatherboard home. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have a Hot Tub Spa bath in the garden and a nice sunny outdoor dining/relaxing area with a Weber BBQ. Inside, you can enjoy the radiant warmth of a wood-burner fire, heat pump and our very comfortable warm beds.
