This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Holiday home "Olive" is a lovely villa in a traditional village near Tučepi, on the slopes of Mount Biokovo with a terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands of Brač and Hvar. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a beautiful view of the mountain. Villa Rustica has a large pool ,7*3.5m, that provides complete privacy.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our amazing house is located near the city but it is quite and peaceful. There are two beds and place for two more people on big sofa :) We are pet friendly!! :) You will enjoy your time in nature while chilling in the hot tub :) If you are interested, you can rent a boat. :)
