Our cosy, self contained apartment sleeps two people in Bradford on Avon, near Bath. Cafes, shops and pubs are in easy walking distance, along with access to beautiful walks and cycle rides. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and centre of town, we are ideally located for visits to the town, Bath, Bristol & beyond. Excellent Wifi connection & flat screen TV. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.
