Fantastisk utsikt og ett rolig området der man kan nyte idylliske fjell og naturomgivelser. Nordlys sesongen er fra September til April. Er det klarvær vil det danse på himmelen direkte fra stuevinduet. Mange unike turmål til fots og ved båt som verten kan informere om ved behov og har kart tilgjengelig i huset.

Cozy cabin on a farm with parking

Experience the midnight sun in the summer and northern light in the winter from our cabin. Located by the sea, with all facilities and parkingplace. 60m2, spread over two floors. Two bedrooms with five sleepingplaces in total. We can also provide with a extra bed for a baby. A perfect spot to discover Tromso and it's surroundings due to the close location to the city and at the same time as it is located with nature close by. In the summertimes we can rent out bikes and a boat with a driver.

Welcome to a unique and family-friendly experience. Just 25 min. from Tromso with its own urban sensation. You can experience the Northern Lights from the terrace, or the magical white-tailed eagle or porpoises passing by. Experience Arctic Reindeer 50 m. away from the house. Relax by the fire. Go for a hike on one of the many trails or mountains close by (Ullstinden 1040 m.a.s.l). Ski tracks are right outside the door. Groceries and an outdoor pool just - 4km away. Ski resort - 13km.

Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan. No guarantees, but lucky guests spot them from the warm sofa. The area offers excellent skiing opportunities. Høier Gård is an idyllic sheep farm in the middle of great North-Norwegian nature. The guest house in the center of the farm will invite you to experience authentic farm life during your stay. The farm is situated on its own with great possibilities for hiking and exploration. The city of Tromsø is just one hour away with its inspiring cultural life. Høier farm has extraordinary winter conditions with rich wildlife, northern lights and the fjord closeby.

Homely "barn" between fjord and mountains.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

The “Elvind Astrup”Cabin has been decorated and set-up with ever attention to detail to make your evenings with us comfortable and relaxed. Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.

The studio is situated on the lower ground floor and is part of a creative community in a nice neighborhood of the "arctic capital". We are close to the city center (10 minutes on foot) and happy to connect you with local artists and guides or suggest trips to the spectacular fjords and neighboring islands.
