The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building, in the historic center of Assisi. The location is near to the St. Francis chuch and the main square, it's an exceptional starting point for visiting all the major points of interest in the city on foot. Finely furnished, it features perfectly preserved frescoes and vaulted ceilings. The balcony, which overlooks the main and lively Via Portica, is one of the oldest in the city.

The loft is located in the historical centre of Assisi, near the main tourist attractions. The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
